In response to the order issued by the Orange County Operational Area Emergency Operations Center to slow the spread of COVID-19, Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) and Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) have made the following changes effective immediately:
LARMAC Amenities Closed
To prevent private and public gatherings of any number, as stated in the order, all LARMAC-owned and maintained amenities including clubhouses, pools, plunges, wading pools, spa, splash pads, playgrounds/parks, picnic areas, Wagsdale dog park, sports fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and the skate park will be closed through Tuesday, March 31.
Reservations: Reservations for clubhouses or picnic shelters are unavailable now through April 30. All current facility reservations through April 30 will be cancelled. Staff will be contacting residents with current reservations to issue a full refund. As of now, LARMAC is accepting facility reservations beginning May 1.
LARMAC and LARCS Offices Temporarily Closed
LARMAC and LARCS offices will be closed through Tuesday, March 31; however, office staff will be available by phone and email during the closure to continue to serve the community.
